Todos estamos en Crisis…

De acuerdo al diccionario de la Real Academia Española (RAE) la palabra crisis se refiere a un “cambio profundo y de consecuencias importantes en un proceso o una situación, o en la manera en que estos son apreciados”. De acuerdo a esta definición y, tomando en consideración los procesos disruptivos (políticos, sociales, económicos, tecnológicos) que ha vivido la humanidad en los últimos años, cambios profundos con consecuencias importantes, que nos han afectado, desde diversas perspectivas, entonces podemos decir que TODOS ESTAMOS EN CRISIS.

Pero, esos cambios, transformaciones, quiebres, mudanzas, pérdidas ¿Acaso no forman parte de la cotidianidad y la evolución humana? Si miramos hacia atrás, podemos observar muchas situaciones similares, acontecimientos caóticos, desastres naturales, inventos revolucionarios, que han transformado de forma continua al ser humano. La crisis, el cambio y la transformación, son parte fundamental de nuestro proceso evolutivo. Tal vez, lo olvidamos, activando una falsa creencia de “control” que jamás ha existido.

Entonces, ¿qué podemos hacer? ¿aceptar de manera estoica la situación y dejarnos llevar como náufragos a la deriva? ¿o podemos enfrentar los retos, con actitud desafiante y aventurera? Somos gestores de nuestra emocionalidad, allí podemos actuar, administrando nuestros miedos y angustias, para balancearlos y permitirnos avanzar con valentía, aceptando la incertidumbre y las dudas, para activar el pensamiento creativo y disruptivo, que nos permita crear y diseñar escenarios posibles.

Mi propuesta es gestionar la crisis, con herramientas que nos permitan identificar nuestros procesos personales, redefinir dirección, foco y objetivos, hacer inventario de nuestros recursos, visualizar escenarios, evaluar su impacto y la perspectiva desde la cual estamos observando. Esto aplica, tanto para individuos, como para las organizaciones. Todos necesitamos detenernos, reevaluar la ruta, revisar las provisiones, reenfocar las prioridades y recalibrar estrategias, para avanzar en medio de las tormentas transformadoras.

Gerenciar la crisis es fundamental, asumiendo una nueva visión de liderazgo inspirador, con visión prospectiva. Un líder capaz de equivocarse, de jugar al ensayo y error, abierto a nuevos aprendizajes y experiencias, que sea capaz de sorprenderse y retroceder, para avanzar, sin que la frustración le haga abandonar el camino. Seguir el ejemplo de Darwin, Einstein o Madame Curie. 

Un primer paso fundamental, es evaluar nuestra situación actual, nuestra emocionalidad, haciendo una revisión de nuestras capacidades, habilidades, fortalezas y debilidades, de tal forma que podamos tener claro el escenario, identificando las oportunidades y amenazas, lo que nos permitirá diseñar un plan de acción, una nueva ruta, recalibrando las metas y objetivos.

El siguiente paso, aceptar la incertidumbre como una compañera permanente en este viaje, así como las posibilidades de errar, retroceder o cambiar. También aceptar los aciertos, celebrar los pequeños y grandes triunfos, que nos sirven de aliento e inspiración.

Finalmente, recomiendo acompañamiento, amigos, aliados, equipo, familia, todos los que compartan ese propósito común, esos principios y valores, que sumen al sueño, haciendo sinergia, sumando voluntades. Solos podemos avanzar rápido, pero juntos llegamos lejos, haciendo del camino una gran aventura.

Yo estoy muy agradecida, con mi crisis personal. Me llevó a explorar posibilidades, que antes no me había planteado, a migrar (física y digitalmente), a retroceder y dar saltos al vacío, a reforzar mi fe y esperanza, a cambiar creencias y paradigmas, a escuchar más, apegarme menos. Mi crisis, me obligó a mirarme al espejo y reconocer mis imperfecciones, para iniciar un camino de aceptación y encuentro con mi propósito.

Te invito a aceptar tu crisis, darle la bienvenida, celebrarla y encontrar en ella todas las posibilidades que te ofrece. Te escucho, te abrazo y te acompaño en el proceso.
