Emprendedurismo Femenino: Diversidad e Inclusión, con Alas de Mujer.

Diversidad e inclusión significan igualdad de oportunidades, para las personas, sin importar su grupo étnico, país de procedencia, orientación sexual, raza, habilidad, género, edad o intereses personales. Hacer que las personas se sientan seguras de ser quienes son, y que sus diferentes experiencias, valores y perspectivas sean apreciadas, no solo en el campo laboral, sino en su vida cotidiana. La diversidad implica estar presente y ser reconocido, la inclusión es la invitación a ser parte, del ser y del hacer. No es solo que te inviten a la fiesta, es que también te inviten a bailar.

Para que esto ocurra, es necesario pasar del discurso a la práctica, no solo utilizando los términos correctos, sino centrarse en las personas, aceptar las diferencias, derribar mitos, reconocer las habilidades y capacidades de cada uno, en los diferentes ámbitos sociales, reconociendo que es un trabajo de todos, que requiere acciones, estrategias y recursos, para no dejar a nadie atrás.

En el caso de las mujeres esto se hace cada vez más necesario y evidente. No solo porque representamos a la mitad de la humanidad, sino que hoy, más que nunca, las habilidades lingüísticas, sociales, emocionales y relacionales que hemos desarrollado (hoy llamadas habilidades blandas), se hacen imprescindibles, en un mundo caótico y en plena transformación, a través de un liderazgo inspirador y disruptivo, como lo señalo en mi artículo: ALAS DE MUJER: Liderazgo Femenino, inspirador y disruptivo.

Fortalecimiento de liderazgo y emprendimiento femenino: Inspirar para avanzar.

Empresas, organizaciones e instituciones (públicas y privadas), marcas personales y comerciales, enfocan su mirada hacia el sector femenino. Emprender con ADN femenino ¿eso qué significa? El modelo de emprendimiento con energía femenina, está vinculado a las habilidades sociales que caracterizan a las mujeres: habilidad lingüística, gestión emocional, habilidades sociales (conexión y relacionamiento), trabajo colaborativo, capacidad gestante, multiplicadora y protectora. El gran reto es complementar y fortalecer, en la población femenina (mujeres y niñas), habilidades tecnológicas y acompañar la migración digital, cerrando brechas, especialmente con el modelo educativo STEAM (ciencias, tecnologías, ingeniería, artes y matemáticas, por sus siglas en ingles).

La mujer, fortalecida en sus capacidades, saludable y próspera, emprende desde la fertilidad: siembra y echa raíces. Su productividad es expansiva, hacia su entorno familiar y comunitario. Educa, cuida y nutre. Adaptable y flexible, crea y cree en las alianzas, en las redes y la asociatividad, con visión de futuro y trascendencia. Cuando las mujeres prosperan, en todo su entorno se estimula la prosperidad. Un liderazgo inspirador, ejemplo de ética, estética y sostenibilidad, con disciplina, tenacidad, empatía y foco en el bienestar. Una mujer fortalecida, siembra, echa raíces, florece, da frutos, se expande, fortalece sus redes, se transforma, despliega sus alas, emprende vuelo y acompaña el vuelo de todo su entorno.

El modelo de emprendedurismo, con energía femenina, activa los pasos del proceso creador y productivo (Idea, incubación, emprendimiento, gestión y crecimiento), desde una perspectiva materna: concepción, incubación en útero, nacimiento y evolución. Emprender, con mirada femenina, es cobijar ideas, es dar a luz y vida a los proyectos, es creación, con alas.

Yo estoy comprometida con este modelo de emprendedurismo diverso e inclusivo, especialmente desde la perspectiva femenina. Desde el hacer y el promover acciones que generen resultados concretos y tangibles.
