Líderes 4.0: inspiradores, disruptivos y desafiantes

¿Cómo superar estos grandes desafíos?

El foco y la visión clara, con propósitos y estrategias bien definidas, son fundamentales. Ideas comprensibles y estimulantes para inspirar equipos de trabajo innovadores y creativos, metas trascendentes, liderazgos abiertos, de acciones colaborativas que incluya el análisis de escenarios, para enfocarse y compartir miradas sobre el presente y proyectar escenarios de futuros deseados.

Ser líder en plena Era Digital es un gran desafío que debe contar con un poder influyente para estimular fórmulas inspiradoras y creaciones colectivas, en las cuales se juntan una serie de circunstancias que los líderes deben saber gestionar, administrando temperamentos, emociones, capacidades y potenciando los vínculos afectivos para juntos alcanzar los objetivos y propósitos deseados, desarrollando acciones que fortalezcan integración y cohesión para lograr consolidar los activos estratégicos de las empresas y organizaciones.

Las personas son y serán el gran valor agregado de toda organización, de allí que los líderes deben desplegar procesos que generen interacciones emotivas-productivas entre las personas y las organizaciones para fortalecer vínculos, conectar emociones positivas, persuadir, argumentar y movilizar a los miembros de la organización para alcanzar los objetivos estratégicos y generar propuestas de valor. Los líderes deben considerar al talento humano y la cultura organizacional como una de las claves operativas para el desarrollo de las organizaciones inteligentes de la Era Digital, por tales razones las emergentes culturas empresariales ameritan de líderes que promuevan la inteligencia colectiva, las metodologías ágiles y los trabajos colaborativos.

Un líder empresarial que sea capaz de asumir roles de arquitecto o director de orquesta y encontrar los puntos de equilibrio entre la innovación tecnológica, la productividad y el bienestar integral de las personas con armonía, agilidad, resiliencia, fluidez y ritmo, desarrollando habilidades de coach, apoyando el proceso integral y emocional de toda la organización.

¿Cuáles son las cualidades más importantes a desarrollar por los líderes en tiempos de cambio y transformación?

Adaptabilidad y resiliencia: Ante la rápida evolución del entorno y los cambios vertiginosos liderados por la tecnología y la disrupción de paradigmas, es fundamental la capacidad de adaptarse a los cambios, confianza, autenticidad y autoestima.

Liderazgo inspirador y disruptivo: Capacidad de inspirar, motivar y acompañar equipos colaborativos, comprometidos y enfocados, con comunicación asertiva, escucha activa, resiliencia y flexibilidad.

Agilidad y flexibilidad: Aprender y desaprender, adaptación, involucración y evolución, tomando decisiones con rapidez y eficiencia, optimizando recursos, gestión del tiempo y priorización.

Sostenibilidad y Soft Skill: Crear valor económico, medioambiental y social a corto y largo plazo, contribuyendo de esa forma al aumento del bienestar y al auténtico progreso de las generaciones presentes y futuras, como filosofía personal y empresarial. Enfoque en el desarrollo de las habilidades blandas como lo son: Creatividad, Inteligencia Emocional, Pensamiento crítico, Trabajo en equipo, Gestión del tiempo, entre otras.

Los líderes requieren desarrollar cualidades comunicativas, elocuencia discursiva y asertividad psicolingüística, que transmita efectivamente la visión, misión y objetivos gerenciales. Necesitan ser eclécticos, ágiles, transformacionales, innovadores y servidores, con conocimientos, habilidades y capacidad de influencia sobre sus seguidores.

El principal desafío de todo líder de este siglo será la transformación personal, para desencadenar los talentos personales y cristalizar logros empresariales, asumir el Liderazgo Gerencial 4.0, como modelo para guiar las nuevas rutas que ha de transitar la nueva cultura organizacional.
