Migración Digital y Transformación de los Sentidos.

La migración digital, ese paso de un modelo tradicional y analógico de vida (laboral, educativa y social), hacia la “vida digital” (e-learning, teletrabajo, comunidades digitales y redes sociales), nos está moviendo el piso, impulsando una profunda transformación personal, que va más allá del simple uso de nuevas tecnologías, generando una mirada diferente hacia esta nueva realidad que nos circunda. Un cambio que se produce de adentro hacia afuera, para alterar nuestra forma de ser, hacer, percibir y parecer.

Transformar nuestros sentidos, para navegar en estos nuevos mares digitales. Transitar nuevos paradigmas, que nos lleven a una evolución significativa, cómo sociedad humana. Este viaje, inicia en nosotros mismos, en una metamorfosis profunda de nuestros sentidos, para aprender, desaprender y reaprender, cómo mirar y entender nuestro mundo, nuestro entorno.

La palabra «transformar» tiene su origen en la palabra latina “transformare”, que significa «cambiar de forma», “de un lado a otro”, “figura e imagen”. Cuando hablamos de los sentidos, lo hacemos desde una perspectiva física (nuestros cinco sentidos: vista, gusto, tacto, oído, olfato) y psicológica (percepción, significado, sensación, interpretación y discernimiento).

Yo misma, hace apenas unos años, tomé conciencia de esta transformación. No ha sido un proceso fácil, ha requerido dejar mucho atrás (literal y metafóricamente), confrontando mis miedos, resistencias, juicios y paradigmas, para dar un salto de fe, hacia un espacio nuevo y desconocido. No soy una nativa digital. Cercana a mis cincuenta años, me tocó levar anclas y navegar hacia lo desconocido. Alzar el vuelo, con nuevas alas.

Al principio, como todo primer vuelo, el vértigo y los temores se adueñan de ti, luego descubres la inmensidad del horizonte, nuevos paisajes te deslumbran y, casi sin darte cuenta, se disipan las dudas y empiezas a disfrutar este nuevo viaje.

Hoy, sigo disfrutando plenamente mi proceso de migración digital, con más herramientas y recursos, más experiencias y aprendizajes, pero también más humana y consciente. Disfrutando el viaje maravilloso de la vida, con más sueños y menos expectativas. Enfocada en mi bienestar integral, para ser parte de un ecosistema saludable, cuidando de mí, como prioridad, sin sentir culpa. Ser y estar, en presente. Dar y recibir, para activar la prosperidad.

Me miro al espejo y me observo, con más líneas de expresión y expresiva madurez emocional. Sigo aprendiendo y desprendiendo. Disfrutando la primera mitad de mi siglo, agradecida con lo vivido y recorrido. Aprendiz y maestra permanente, promuevo el Mentoring Bimodal, el intercambio de saberes intergeneracional, para fortalecer las actuales y futuras organizaciones y emprendimientos, sacando el mejor provecho a los talentos experimentados y los que están en pleno desarrollo, juntando miradas y percepciones.

Esta experiencia personal, me ha permitido reconocer, en mí y otras personas que están viviendo el mismo proceso, cambios significativos en la forma en que mis sentidos perciben el mundo y la manera en la cual ahora lo interpreto. Una transformación evidente de los sentidos, para adecuarse a esta migración digital, que promuevo y comparto en mi acompañamiento profesional. Cinco variaciones de nuestros sentidos “tradicionales”, que nos permiten sintonizar mejor con el entorno, interpretar los nuevos códigos y adaptarnos a los ecosistemas empresariales y sociales emergentes.

  • Abrazos y Conexiones: Fortalecer vínculos, alianzas, conexiones y el relacionamiento profundo, utilizando todas nuestras herramientas, humanas y tecnológicas, para facilitar el proceso de migración digital.

Observar, respirar, comunicar, escuchar y abrazar. Nuestros mismos sentidos (vista, gusto, oído, olfato y tacto), transformados y adaptados a los nuevos retos y desafíos. Un proceso que toma tiempo, energía y representa una decisión personal, con aciertos y equivocaciones.

No hay historias sin errores. No hay madurez sin mancha o cicatriz. No hay rostro sonreído que no muestre arrugas. Todo crecimiento y aprendizaje deja huellas profundas, en el alma y en la piel. Podemos mudar de hojas y pensamientos, lo importante es mantener la firmeza de nuestras raíces y principios.

Sentir, pensar y actuar, desde un nuevo punto de vista, flexible y resiliente. Este es mi propósito personal y la invitación que te hago a ti, que estás en este viaje de migración digital, buscando redefinir quién eres y hacia dónde vas, con toda tu experiencia y recursos.
