Cambio y Transformación: la constante disruptiva.

La pregunta es la más poderosa herramienta del aprendizaje. Debemos celebrar las preguntas, las interrogantes, las incertidumbre  son las mejores amigas del aprendizaje. Hay preguntas urgentes y necesarias para cambiar de rumbo, romper esquemas y avanzar. Cambiar de opinión, de creencias y certezas, es saludable, incluso necesario.

Cambio y transformación, cambiar de barco, en plena tormenta, podría parecer una locura, pero es parte del proceso de crecer, aprender y evolucionar. Reevaluar prioridades ¿Qué quiero? ¿A dónde voy? ¿Realmente dónde estoy en este momento? Sentir, pensar y actuar ¿Qué siento? ¿Qué pienso al respecto? ¿Cómo actúo en consecuencia?

Replantear creencias y certezas puede generar angustia, ansiedad y temor. Nos deja con la sensación de vacío, sin respuestas, lo cual es el primer paso para iniciar una búsqueda, un viaje inesperado, hacia lo desconocido, una aventura emocionante. Es necesario comprender que todos estamos viajando, aprendiendo, cayendo y levantándonos. En este proceso, podemos elegir acompañarnos, con solidaridad, compasión y amor, para avanzar y sanar juntos.

La única constante, la única certeza es que todo cambia, todo se transforma, sin aviso, sin instrucciones previas, sin espacio a la costumbre. La línea temporal de cada historia tendrá, inevitablemente, un punto de quiebre, un giro inesperado y disruptivo, que nadie vio venir. Así ha sido y será por siempre. Entonces, ¿Cómo asumir esta realidad? A fin de cuentas, la realidad es solo lo que nuestro cerebro percibe y nos dice qué es ¿Qué podemos hacer para no ser avasallados por esta incertidumbre permanente?

En primer lugar, encontrar nuestra certeza interior, nuestra verdad absoluta: reconocer nuestros recursos y capacidades, aceptar que poseemos la energía necesaria para avanzar en cualquier escenario que se imponga. Reconocer nuestro valor y fortalezas, para avanzar en medio de la complejidad y la incertidumbre.

En segundo lugar, definir nuestro foco estratégico, nuestro propósito, con principios y valores en sincronía, armonizando mente, cuerpo y espíritu, con equilibrio y coherencia. Nuestros sentidos lo requieren, para procesar la información del entorno y permitir una mejor percepción y toma de decisiones. Nuestras emociones lo necesitan, para comprendernos e interpretar a los otros, activando la inteligencia emocional y la empatía. Nuestro cuerpo lo agradece, para armonizar todos nuestros sistemas y mantenernos saludables, con bienestar integral.

Enfocarnos en lo relevante, encontrar un propósito, un foco que guíe nuestros pasos, pero sin expectativas que limiten tus pasos, tu navegación. Fluir con las corrientes, sin planes fijos, diseñando escenarios, soñando futuros posibles, construyendo caminos, cambiando de rumbo, disfrutando las sorpresas y la incertidumbre creadora.

Explora, siente, prueba, elige, cambia, inicia, avanza, retrocede, vive… y luego, vuelve a empezar.

  2. Excelente, ser vulnerable al concepto de que la única “constante” , es el “cambio”, y renunciar al “costumbrismo”, me parece que son distinciones poderosas que nos mueven a ser intencionales en la búsqueda de lo extraordinario. Bravo Amiga??

  4. El cambio y la transformación son sin duda algo que surge de los ideales de muchos y en nuestro entorno, podemos ser espectadores o bien pensadores en acción para también desde eso que tu bien manifiesta ?poder interior procurar ese movimiento. Gracias amiga de norte a sur?❤️??
