Alas de Mujer: Todas las Mujeres tenemos Alas

En las últimas décadas, hemos observado una creciente incorporación de la mujer en todos los espacios de la sociedad, mediante su participación en el mercado laboral, en la economía, la política, la ciencia, entre otros, espacios de los que estuvo excluida durante siglos; no obstante, es indudable que, a pesar de la declaración de igualdad de derechos, la dimensión laboral sigue siendo un duro campo de batalla, ya se hable de remuneración salarial, promoción, reconocimiento de la valía profesional o del estatus de las trabajadoras. Sin embargo, apenas se han producido modificaciones en los estereotipos de género, pese a los cambios estructurales tan profundos acontecidos.

En 1995 la Conferencia Mundial de las Mujeres de Naciones Unidas, en Beijing, acuñó el término empowerment o empoderamiento de las mujeres como estrategia para la igualdad, la equidad y para referirse al aumento de la participación de las mujeres en los procesos de toma de decisiones y acceso al poder. Actualmente esta expresión se asocia también a otra dimensión: la toma de conciencia del poder que individual y colectivamente ostentan las mujeres y que tiene que ver con cambios para la superación de las prácticas culturales y estructurales que contribuyen a perpetuar su situación de desventaja y desigualdad.

Por tal motivo, el empoderamiento de las mujeres es visto como un proceso por medio del cual se pretende incrementar la capacidad de configurar sus propias vidas y su entorno, trabajándolo desde la identidad y la autoestima, la autonomía personal, ofreciendo otros ejemplos de feminidad y transformando los modelos del sistema en el que han vivido. Ejercer el empoderamiento de la mujer en nuestros tiempos es una manera de construir todos los días un mundo libre de violencia y prejuicios.

Partiendo de estas reflexiones y premisas previas, hemos diseñado el Programa Alas de Mujer, tomando la simbología arquetípica de las alas para que las participantes logren identificarse, entenderse y reconocer su transformación, puesto que para poder realizarse y trascender es fundamental que entiendan quienes son, acepten su poder y la libertad que este le confiere. Cada aspecto femenino tiene su belleza, por eso reconocerlo e integrarlo ayuda a cada mujer a entenderse y valorarse más. En el caso de las alas, ellas simbolizan la paz, el amor y el vínculo entre la tierra y el cielo (entre lo humano y lo divino), un símbolo de trascendencia y liberación.

El propósito del Programa Alas de Mujer es consolidar redes y comunidades de mujeres empoderadas, con visión emprendedora, conscientes de sus derechos y su rol en la transformación de una nueva sociedad más justa, equitativa y coherente con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible. Identificando brechas de autoestima, relacionamiento, inteligencia emocional e inteligencia social, brindando herramientas que permitan su interacción personal y social, fortaleciendo la toma de decisiones. Además, queremos sensibilizar sobre la importancia del emprendimiento y el desarrollo sostenible, estimulando la creación de proyectos productivos.

Queremos más Mujeres con Alas, empoderadas, con autoestima y libertad de decisión y acción, que saben lo que quieren y cómo lograrlo, con respeto a sí mismas y al prójimo, que saben trabajar en equipos colaborativos, con otras mujeres, apoyándolas y fortaleciendo sus redes, con amor y solidaridad, pensando en el presente, sin dejar de mirar hacia el futuro, emprendiendo proyectos sostenibles y sustentables, con pensamiento global y actuación local.

    comparar con nada en la tierra. Su naturaleza
    tendría cambios y para el hombre sería su mayor felicidad.

    Porque Dios te hizo perfecta mujer
    ya niña tu Psique es metamorfosis
    musa de la poesía, neurosis
    e hipsipila amante de todo ser.

    Nace bañada de límites cronológicos
    con la herencia de la cultura helénica de la
    Grecia clásica, envuelta en versos alegres,
    al celebrar el acontecimiento vemos como de
    buenos sentimientos crece su corazón, que nos
    colma de todo gozo y paz, y elevándola en una
    nube de terciopelos la prepara para ser MUJER:

    que cambias a mujer, cambia mi gnosis
    para después “Madre” sin selenosis,
    Artemisa nos quieres proteger.

    entre cielo, mar y tierra Eres mi Adre.

    Como no quiero esconder mis sentimientos en una
    obscura mazmorra, tomo el Laud, para agradecer
    al Ser Superior por los misterios de Eleusis diosa
    matriarcal. Lo mínimo que queda claro aquí es
    elevar mi canto para mi diosa, mi madre,
    predominantemente amorosa.
