Asas das Mulheres: Todas as Mulheres Têm Asas

Nas últimas décadas, observamos uma crescente incorporação de mulheres em todos os espaços da sociedade, por meio de sua participação no mercado de trabalho, na economia, na política, na ciência, entre outros, espaços em que foram excluídas por séculos; no entanto, não há dúvida de que, apesar da declaração de direitos iguais, a dimensão trabalhista continua sendo um campo de batalha difícil, seja sobre remuneração, promoção, reconhecimento do valor profissional ou status das trabalhadoras. No entanto, houve pouca mudança nos estereótipos de gênero, apesar das profundas mudanças estruturais que ocorreram.

Em 1995, a Conferência Mundial das Nações Unidas para as Mulheres em Pequim cunhou o termo empoderamento das mulheres como estratégia de igualdade e equidade e para se referir ao aumento da participação das mulheres nos processos de tomada de decisão e ao acesso ao poder. Hoje, essa expressão também está associada a outra dimensão: a consciência do poder que as mulheres possuem individual e coletivamente e que tem a ver com mudanças para superar as práticas culturais e estruturais que contribuem para a perpetuação de sua situação de desvantagem e desigualdade.

Por isso, o empoderamento das mulheres é visto como um processo pelo qual se pretende aumentar a capacidade de moldar suas próprias vidas e seu ambiente, trabalhando a partir da identidade e autoestima, autonomia pessoal, oferecendo outros exemplos de feminilidade e transformando os modelos do sistema em que viveram. Empoderar as mulheres em nossos tempos é uma maneira de construir um mundo livre de violência e preconceito todos os dias.

A partir dessas reflexões e premissas anteriores, projetamos o Programa Asas das Mulheres, tomando a simbologia arquetípica das asas, para que os participantes possam identificar, compreender e reconhecer sua transformação, pois para perceber e transcender é essencial que entendam quem são, aceitem seu poder e a liberdade que ela confere. Cada aspecto feminino tem sua beleza, por isso reconhecê-la e integrá-la, ajuda cada mulher a entender e valorizar-se mais. No caso das asas, simbolizam a paz, o amor e o vínculo entre a terra e o céu (entre o humano e o divino), um símbolo de transcendência e libertação.

O objetivo do Programa Asas da Mulher é consolidar redes e comunidades de mulheres empoderadas, com uma visão empreendedora, consciente de seus direitos e seu papel na transformação de uma nova sociedade mais justa, equitativa e coerente com os Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustentável. identificar lacunas na autoestima, relacionamentos, inteligência emocional e inteligência social, fornecendo ferramentas que permitam sua interação pessoal e social, fortalecendo a tomada de decisões. Além disso, queremos conscientizar sobre a importância do empreendedorismo e do desenvolvimento sustentável, estimulando a criação de projetos produtivos.

Queremos mais mulheres com asas, empoderadas, com autoestima e liberdade de decisão e ação, que saibam o que querem e como alcançá-la, com respeito a si mesmas e aos outros, que saibam trabalhar em equipes colaborativas, com outras mulheres, apoiando-as e fortalecendo suas redes, com amor e solidariedade, pensando no presente, enquanto ainda buscam o futuro, empreendendo projetos sustentáveis e sustentáveis, com pensamento global e ação local.
