Empreendedorismo Feminino: Diversidade e Inclusão, com Asas de Mulher.

Diversidade e inclusão significam igualdade de oportunidades para as pessoas, independentemente de sua etnia, país de origem, orientação sexual, raça, habilidade, gênero, idade ou interesses pessoais. Fazer com que as pessoas se sintam seguras por serem quem são, e que suas diferentes experiências, valores e perspectivas sejam valorizadas, não só no ambiente de trabalho, mas no seu dia a dia. A diversidade implica estar presente e ser reconhecido, a inclusão é o convite a fazer parte do ser e do fazer. Não é só que eles convidam você para a festa, eles também convidam você para dançar.

Para que isso aconteça, é preciso passar do discurso à prática, não só usando os termos corretos, mas também focando nas pessoas, aceitando as diferenças, desmistificando mitos, reconhecendo as competências e habilidades de cada um, nas diferentes esferas sociais, reconhecendo que é um trabalho de todos, que requer ações, estratégias e recursos, para não deixar ninguém para trás. No caso das mulheres isso se torna cada vez mais necessário e evidente. Não só porque representamos metade da humanidade, mas hoje, mais do que nunca, as competências linguísticas, sociais, emocionais e relacionais que desenvolvemos (hoje denominadas soft skills), são essenciais num mundo caótico e em plena transformação e liderança disruptiva, como aponto no meu artigo ASAS DE MULHER: Liderança Feminina, inspiradora e disruptiva.

Fortalecendo a liderança e o empreendedorismo feminino: inspirar para seguir em frente.

Empresas, organizações e instituições (públicas e privadas), marcas pessoais e comerciais, centram o seu olhar no setor feminino. Empreender com DNA feminino, o que isso significa? O modelo de empreendedorismo com energia feminina está ligado às habilidades sociais que caracterizam as mulheres: habilidade linguística, gestão emocional, habilidades sociais (conexão e relacionamento), trabalho colaborativo, capacidade gestante, multiplicadora e protetora. O grande desafio é complementar e fortalecer, na população feminina (mulheres e meninas), as competências tecnológicas e acompanhar a migração digital, colmatando lacunas, sobretudo com o modelo educativo STEAM (ciência, tecnologia, engenharia, artes e matemáticas, na sigla em Inglês).

A mulher, fortalecida nas suas capacidades, sã e próspera, empreende a partir da fertilidade: semeia e lança raízes. Sua produtividade é expansiva, em relação ao ambiente familiar e comunitário. Educar, cuidar e nutrir. Adaptável e flexível, cria e acredita em alianças, redes e associatividade, com visão de futuro e transcendência. Quando as mulheres prosperam, a prosperidade é estimulada em todo o seu ambiente. Uma liderança inspiradora, exemplo de ética, estética e sustentabilidade, com disciplina, tenacidade, empatia e foco no bem-estar. Uma mulher fortalecida semeia, cria raízes, floresce, dá frutos, expande, fortalece suas redes, transforma, abre suas asas, alça voo e acompanha o voo de todo o seu ambiente.

O modelo empreendedor, com energia feminina, ativa as etapas do processo criativo e produtivo (Ideia, incubação, empreendedorismo, gestão e crescimento), numa perspectiva materna: concepção, incubação no útero, nascimento e evolução. Empreender, com olhar feminino, é abrigar ideias, é dar vida a projetos, é criação, com asas.

Estou comprometida com esse modelo de empreendedorismo diverso e inclusivo, principalmente na perspectiva feminina. De fazer e promover ações que gerem resultados concretos e tangíveis.
