Celebra tú trayectoria…

¿Quizás no lo has pensado? ¿No es importante? ¿Por qué hacerlo? ¿Valdrá la pena? Sí, celebra tu trayectoria.

Todo punto de vista, depende de la vista de un punto, responder a las preguntas señaladas dependerá de muchos factores, nuestros valores y principios son fundamentales para reconocer y actuar, ellos se van estructurando en la medida que vamos creciendo y se alimentan de manera transversal con nuestra educación, esta mezcla de vivencias nos permitirá listar nuestros propósitos alcanzados y a su vez atender aquellas áreas de oportunidad que se van presentando.

Tomando en consideración lo antes expuesto, la disposición de reconocer o celebrar dependerá de la visión que tengamos y como nosotros atendemos o no a esta necesidad. El vocablo celebrar tiene su origen en el latín celebrare significa “acción de reunirse”. De allí que celebrar constituye una de las principales columnas vertebrales del gozo, la conexión interna y con los demás, y de la dinámica de la plenitud existencial. Tanto es así, que la conexión de celebrar se hace constante en nuestras vidas desde la connotación religiosa en la práctica de los sacramentos durante nuestra vida.

En la medida que crecemos, vamos encontrando actos de celebraciones permanentes y constantes, prácticamente vienen hacer un indicador evolutivo que va marcando la trayectoria de nuestra vida, es decir, son condicionamientos sociales que según nuestra visión serán mostrados y demostrados en nuestro entorno. Suele suceder que en la medida que vamos mirando a nuestro alrededor podremos tener en nuestro haber celebraciones no vividas, otras permanentes en nuestra lista de pendientes y las  conmemoradas que serán recordadas, formarán parte de las experiencias de nuestra vida y  de nuestro entorno social.

Como bien comenté, nuestra visión y disposición serán catalizadores para convertir una celebración en una “experiencia para la vida”… He tenido la dicha de crecer en una familia y en un entorno donde los logros son reconocidos, no es necesaria una extraordinaria celebración, la disposición interna logrará que un hecho simbólico sea recordado for ever and ever. Mi trayectoria profesional me ha permitido ser parte de la logística en grandes celebraciones y reconocimientos de diferentes tipos, formatos y motivos, de ello he aprendido: Celebra desde la atención positiva. El éxito es contagioso. Celebrar fomenta la alegría y  el sentido del humor. Celebrar te permite reconocer tus logros y los de los demás. Facilita conseguir aliados, formar equipo e inspirar confianza.

Y para abonar más el terreno en relación a la celebración, cito al escritor Daniel Colombo quien en su artículo La importancia de celebrar y festejar nos invita a… “Reconocer tus logros, conectarte y conectar con otros, agradecer, expresar la felicidad del momento, el regocijo por un logro y una base fundamental del equilibrio emocional: activar el centro de recompensa del cerebro… Este sistema se activa a través de un estímulo exterior. Las conexiones neuronales liberan dopamina y oxitocina a los neurotransmisores, que son las que generan las sensaciones de placer”.

Te invito a recompensar tu cerebro, no lo dejes para luego, celebra tu trayectoria desde el agradecimiento y desde la convicción, eres un afortunado, demuestra lo auténtico de mostrarte al mundo… Yo aprendí la lección desde hace muchos años, me esmero en planificar y celebrar mis logros profesionales y sociales, de esa misma manera me esmero en atender mis triunfos y los convierto en experiencias de vida… ¿Te unes a la celebración? ¿Cuéntame qué estrategia deseas desarrollar para festejar tus logros?
