A Era Digital, a Tecno-antropologia e as Novas Culturas Organizacionais 4.0

As empresas humanas sempre enfrentaram grandes desafios e é justamente ao enfrentar os grandes desafios que surgiram oportunidades e novas formas. Hoje nos encontramos no mundo com um grande número de desafios, que serão superados com uma visão estratégica e prospectiva.

As empresas tradicionais e emergentes devem se adaptar a novos cenários, mídias e nichos globais de ações colaborativas, como o trânsito necessário em que engenheiros, designers, programadores, executivos, psicólogos e antropólogos devem convergir para unir tecnologia e cultura. o surgimento de: “A Tecno-antropologia, como a grande inovação operacional em que convergem a antropologia, a sociologia, a engenharia, o design, a informática e os estudos de mercado; “Quando essas três áreas coincidem, é fácil identificar a emergência de uma cultura de grupo e outra de trabalho, um saber aplicado e um saber fazer que prospera na investigação das interseções entre tecnologia e cultura: o espaço da tecnocultura, em o sentido mais amplo do termo ”(Maximino Matus Ruiz / Jordi Colobrans Delgado / Artur Serra Hurtado, 2018).

A Era Digital é e será um grande desafio para organizações e empresas que pretendem se mover na economia global digitalizada, daí a necessidade de assumirmos um pensamento inovador, inovações técnicas e tecnológicas, algoritmos adequados, novidades jurídico-administrativas, de segurança digital e de as novas formas organizacionais e culturais do mundo digital nascente, para o qual o trabalho conjunto de capacitadores tecnológicos, inteligência de negócios, engenheiros comerciais e analistas culturais é necessário.

Temos começado a nos mover para um novo paradigma socioeconômico e cultural global, cujos antecedentes podem ser encontrados no teletrabalho dos anos 70, teletrabalho (2001) Terceirização e freelancers em uma fase superior e como resultado da Covid-19 e do confinamento social, o que trouxe consigo modalidades de trabalho de maiores proporções, como o home-office e o trabalho remoto, aos quais se agregou um grande número de funções e especialidades. Tudo isso começou a gerar e propagar mudanças organizacionais nas empresas, nas quais novos modelos de gestão estão surgindo e inevitavelmente surgindo.

Entendemos que toda mudança técnica e tecnológica traz mudanças culturais, daí a importância de se promover o desenvolvimento organizacional adaptado aos novos tempos e às novas necessidades. Na Era Digital, grandes mudanças culturais vão se desenvolver nas pessoas e nas organizações, daí a importância de administrar adequadamente os colaboradores de nossas empresas humanas e digitais.

Talvez o caso mais emblemático seja o do Google, que desenvolveu um modelo interessante de Gestão do Capital Humano. Nesse sentido, consideramos interessante a abordagem da assessora e planejadora de negócios Pargas Gabaldón (2020) Alinhando e equilibrando a Cultura Empresarial para ser “capaz de encontrar os pontos de equilíbrio entre inovação tecnológica, produtividade e o bem-estar integral das pessoas que fazem parte da organização, o que em síntese seria: Valores da cultura organizacional + mentalidades pessoais”.

As empresas são instituições humanas que respondem a questões do percurso antropológico e a questões particulares da dinâmica social em que as pessoas intervêm; que existem e significam na medida em que estão imersos na cultura de seu tempo e lugar. Nesse sentido, novos paradigmas e abordagens devem ser construídos para nos orientar nas emergentes dinâmicas trabalhistas e culturais, como a incontornável tarefa que empresas e empreendedores enfrentam na Era Digital.

Uma pesquisa da Harvard Business Review foi publicada recentemente: Repensando a transformação digital, novos dados examinam a mudança imperativa na cultura e nos processos (2020), na qual o diretor global Mike Walker expressa e refere: “A relação entre as pessoas e a tecnologia está se fortalecendo drasticamente e acelerando a mudança de comportamento de maneiras nunca antes vistas. Para aproveitar com sucesso esta oportunidade dentro do nosso negócio, devemos reconhecer que as organizações modernas estão se tornando sistemas sociotécnicos complexos”, que terão que ser abordados desde a concepção e planejamento até a construção de novos modelos culturais de negócios.

O capital humano e o capital cultural das pessoas serão uma das chaves operacionais para o desenvolvimento das organizações inteligentes da Era Digital, para as quais as empresas emergentes deverão recorrer e aplicar: inteligência coletiva, metodologias ágeis e trabalho colaborativo, cuja visão operacional é colocados no conjunto cultural das organizações empresariais, não como elementos separados, mas como constituintes de uma totalidade constituída por configurações e sistemas orgânicos nos quais tudo se correlaciona e é aqui que entra em jogo o papel do antropólogo e do especialista em antropologia empresarial , que foi formada para pesquisar dinâmicas culturais e contribuir no que diz respeito aos empresários tais como: aumento da produtividade, propostas de geração de valor, cultura organizacional e inovações em produtos e serviços, mas também das operativas.

Os antropólogos foram treinados para ter grande acuidade, alguns de nós desenvolveram um domínio dos fenômenos socioculturais “quintessenciais”, como Tom Kelley enunciou em seu trabalho: As 10 Faces da Inovação: “Os antropólogos experimentam epifanias por meio de um sentimento de Vuja De (a capacidade ver o que antes passava despercebido, o oposto de Deja Vu) ”, todas essas habilidades estão sendo postas a serviço de sociedades complexas, através do estudo de pequenos grupos, mas, não mais necessariamente de etnias e freqüentando os locais de estudo, mas entrando nos ambientes digitais das redes sociais e aplicando a evolução do método etnográfico: Netnografia (Etnografia de Mercado, Etnografia Empresarial, Etnografia Digital), daí um salto quântico nas formas de intervenção e trabalho profissional nos estudos culturais das empresas tem se realizado, conforme mencionado por Séverin Graveleaun em um artigo o que foi publicado no Le ‘Monde (2017) L’entreprise, nouvel horizon des anthropologues?, em que afirma: “Nos últimos dez anos, a experiência destes profissionais tem gradualmente encontrado o seu lugar em muitos setores”, todos com a fim de atingir a compressão dos processos, representações e interações humanas da Era Digital, tais como: redes sociais, internet das coisas, computação móvel, a nuvem, big data / thick data e Cloud Computing.

Os antropólogos assistem e vão ao estudo do humano em qualquer contexto e situação, para a qual nos seja atribuído ou contratado, com o intuito de realizar uma investigação aplicada (operacional) e síncrona que nos permita captar os elementos estrutural-funcionalistas, em neste caso, em relação ao ecossistema de negócios, tais como: Observar a missão da empresa, identificar os objetivos, estabelecer os critérios para o alcance dos objetivos e, então, em conjunto tomar de decisões e estabelecer os novos programas.

Outro aspecto a considerar é a integração de antropólogos em equipes multi e transdisciplinares, o que nos permite sistematizar as narrativas, perspectivas e operações de todos os membros, organizadas, processadas e traduzidas, sendo esta a maior das habilidades (habilidade antropológica) , que nestes tempos vem ganhando grande relevância, já que um antropólogo de negócios consegue apreender uma série de pistas e insights, que geralmente os outros não conseguem perceber.

Dessa forma, a Antropologia Aplicada nas e para as empresas se estabelece como uma ação planejada capaz de gerar propostas de valor, gerando inovações e ativos estratégicos.
