Liderazgo Gerencial 4.0

Ser líder está relacionado con una serie de premisas, representaciones e imaginarios. Los aspectos sociales derivados de las acciones de los líderes son objeto de interés del entorno en el cual ellos intervienen y propagan su imagen, la cual proyecta rasgos de su personalidad y su temperamento. Existe pues un proceso de interacción social en el cual se interviene, se marca la influencia y despliega una dinámica. Es una puesta en escena para la cual hay que demostrar y sostener una serie de atributos que hace de los líderes: dramaturgos y actores principales de obras de teatros empresariales, para ello debe crear un texto teatral: provocador, atrayente, genuino y sobre todo exitoso.

El  líder es el encargado de dirigir la gran obra, reparte los guiones y coordina los elementos accesorios como la escenografía, la música y toda la parafernalia necesaria para la puesta en escena, pero sobre todo debe impulsar y motivar al resto del equipo a que explote todo su potencial creativo, ahí es cuando transfigura su imagen en director de la obra, quien debe trabajar muy íntimamente y empujar a que cada uno saque y ponga en escena lo mejor de sí mismo, una especie de Stanislavski gerencial; con un método técnico y sistemático, pero que atienda y estimule lo ontológico, la esencia de cada persona, su mirada sobre las cosas, su construcción de significados, su particular inteligencia y creatividad.

Recientemente en el mundo empresarial se viene posicionando un estilo de Coach Ontológico y es que los líderes también deben ayudar en el proceso integral de entrenamiento para el buen desempeño de los integrantes de los equipos colaborativos, todo lo cual tributa en los beneficios organizativos. Los líderes deben demostrar cualidades comunicativas, elocuencia discursiva y asertividad psicolingüística, que transmita bien la visión, misión y objetivos gerenciales, pero, sobre todo que puedan ser fuente de inspiración para guiar, proponer y sugestionar a los demás a emprender un recorrido conjunto por los caminos del éxito.

Los Liderazgos Gerenciales 4.0 deben ser: Complejos, eclécticos, ágiles, transformacionales, innovadores y servidores, entre más atributos mejor. Sus seguidores son el contingente más preciado, este debe responder a las múltiples perspectivas de sus seguidores y llegar a ser para estos una autoridad, no por su poder de mando sino por las cualidades axiológicas. Un líder debe poseer conocimientos, demostrar habilidades y capacidad de influencia sobre sus seguidores.

El líder debe ser una especie de héroe mítico que sea capaz de tomar decisiones estratégicas que transmita a sus seguidores seguridad, optimismo y esperanza en el porvenir inmediato. Los seguidores de los líderes ponen toda su fe en ellos, por eso deben ser honrados y no defraudados, por eso los líderes tienen el doble compromiso no defraudar a sus seguidores y renovar constantemente la idea de progreso, de allí que debe mostrar dotes de héroe de constante emprendimiento técnico-cultural, convertirse para sus seguidores en Líder Prometeico que busca constantemente arrancar el fuego a los dioses (avance e innovación), que les permita colectivamente alcanzar la iluminación y apropiación de la novedades culturales.

Los liderazgos se centran en factores racionales, pero también en factores emocionales, los cuales tienen que ver con el inconsciente colectivo, a lo cual se refiere el brillante pensador contemporáneo Howard Gardner, quien se ha dedicado a estudiar algunos líderes del siglo XX, encontrando y refiriendo que el componente común entre los creadores, artistas, científicos, líderes políticos, de negocio y el ejército, que han sido líderes, es la creación de una serie de mitos a partir de su propia personalidad, una suerte de storytelling que  utilizan para conquistar la imaginación de quienes lo rodean y lo siguen, “El líder es una historia que se encarna, se vive y se transmite” (Gardner, 2019), para transformar la vida y el contexto de ellos y los demás, todo lo cual implica una correlación de historias, confianza, el ejemplo a seguir y la coherencia, estas son las dotes personales y sociales que debe tener un Líder.

La temática sobre el liderazgo ha ocupado a Gardner en sus últimas producciones intelectuales, la más reciente lleva por título Mentes Líderes, una anatomía del liderazgo, la cual de seguro se convertirá en un tratado sobre el liderazgo. En el momento actual y de cara al futuro: Los líderes deben seguir impulsando las acciones estratégicas y deben consolidarse como los motivadores fundamentales y eje de los cambios disruptivos de la Era Digital.

Me encanta leerte, y estoy de acuerdo contigo, lo vientos de cambio que nos suscitan actualmente son de por sí disruptivos tanto empresas como sus líderes deben adecuarse a las nuevas tendencias para mantener un talento humano comprometido con los objetivos de la misma .Considero que muchos aún no se han percatado y esperan por volver a la «normalidad» una realidad que ya no existe y que si quieren continuar en esta carrera empresarial deben ajustarse a los vientos de cambios que ya venían sucediendo y que la situación de este virus lo que hizo fue acelerarla.
